Refund policy

We would be delighted to answer any questions you should have to help you find the perfect piece.   Don’t hesitate to email emt@ednamadera.com with any questions about dimensions and scale of your selection prior to purchasing.  If your items has a flaw in craftsmanship, please notify us within 48 hours, we will make it right.  At this time, Edna Madera Studios, LLC is not able to extend refunds on purchases, custom work, or modifications  

 

Exchanges (if authorized)

If you are eligible for an exchange due to flaw in craftsmanship, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.

If you received an item in error, please email us at emt@ednamadera.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will get back to you. 

Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.    

Stockist Purchase

If your purchase is from a stockiist and would like to return or exchange it, please bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from ednamadera.com

Exceptions to the return policy will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without notification.

Shipping
If your exchange has been authorized, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
